And the winnter of the Twersky Award is...

Allyson Mattanah The Jewish Women's Archive is delighted to announce that Allyson Mattanah, a teacher at the Kesher School of Congregation Beit Tikvah in Baltimore, has won the first Twersky Educator Award. The late David Twersky endowed the prize in memory of his wife Natalia, the mother of JWA's founder and Executive Director Gail T. Reimer. The award will be given to Mattanah at JWA’s annual luncheon in New York City in March.
